Terms and Conditions for Referral-Based Ticket Pre-Sale Rewards

Welcome to the NijiPop Culture Festival 2024 Referral-Based Ticket Pre-Sale Rewards Program ("Program"). By participating in this Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

1. The Program is open to both ticket purchasers and NijiPop 2024 participants.

Top Referrals Prizes

1. The top four referrers will receive prizes based on their leaderboard position.
2. Leaderboard positions are determined by the total number of valid referrals.
3. Prizes are as follows:
   • First Place: 1 Set Meet and Greet Pass (worth 5,000 PHP)
   • Second Place: 1 Premium Meet and Greet Pass (worth 3,000 PHP)
   • Third Place: 1 Premium Weekend Pass (worth 1,750 PHP)
   • Fourth Place: 1 Event Lounge Access

Points-Based Gacha Prizes

1. Each referral point equals one gacha entry.
2. Gacha prizes are drawn randomly and include:
   • Various PHP off Event Coupons (500 PHP, 400 PHP, etc.)
3. Event coupons can be used for attendee registration, premium meet and greet registration, and event merch pre-orders.
4. Gacha draws will be conducted at the end of the pre-sale period, and winners will be notified via email.

Milestone Prizes

1. Milestone prizes are awarded based on the total points gathered during the pre-sale.
2. Points are accumulated through referrals.
3. Milestone prizes include NijiPop Button, Sticker Pack, Water, Lanyard, and Shirt.

General Terms

1. NijiPop Culture Festival reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to disqualify any participant found to be abusing the system.
2. Referrals are counted when a ticket is purchased with the participant's referral code inputted through the registration system.
3. Transactions with incorrectly inputted referral codes will not qualify for the final count.
4. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, NijiPop reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. NijiPop Culture Festival reserves the right to adjust, modify, or cancel the Program and/or these terms and conditions without prior notice. Changes will be communicated on the official NijiPop Culture Festival website.
7. Decisions made by NijiPop Culture Festival regarding the Program are final and binding.
