NijiPop Culture Festival Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which NijiPop Culture Festival ("NijiPop") will process refunds for event registrations and purchases. By registering for an event or making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Refund Eligibility and Deadline

Refund eligibility and deadlines will vary depending on the type of registration or purchase. Specific details will be clearly stated during registration or purchase. Generally:

  • Full Refund: We can offer full refunds on a payment plan basis starting from the last week of June for 24 weeks. Refunds will be disbursed on a Monday every 4 weeks starting on June 30, 2024.
  • Immediate Partial Refund: We can offer a 30% refund effective within 7 days of notifying us of your intent to receive immediate refunds. Only a 30% partial refund is available for immediate disbursement and no other refunds shall be given under this option.
  • No Refund: Cancellations requested after the last refund deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Added Experience Opt-In: Participants may also opt-in to an added experience package to improve their event experience.

Participants may only choose one type of refund. The deadline for requesting refunds is on June 4, 2024 at 15:00.

3. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved, the processing time may vary depending on your financial institution. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Refund Type

Refunds will only be issued in the original form of payment. Changing the refund type (e.g., from credit card to bank transfer) is not permitted.

5. Waiver of Responsibilities

By requesting a refund, you agree to waive all claims against NijiPop arising from your event registration or purchase. This includes, but is not limited to, any inconvenience, disappointment, or loss experienced due to the event cancellation, venue change, or any other unforeseen circumstance.

6. Multiple Refunds

Participants are only eligible for one refund per registration or purchase. Once a refund has been processed, no further refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

7. Updates to Refund Policy

NijiPop may update this refund policy with the informed consent and agreement with participants involved.

8. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Cebu City, Philippines.
