NijiPop Culture Festival reserves the unilateral right to modify, adjust, or change the prize pools associated with any and all competitions hosted as part of the festival at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice to participants or third parties. Such modifications may include, but are not limited to, the value, composition, or nature of the prizes offered. Participants acknowledge and agree that NijiPop Culture Festival shall not be liable for any changes made to the prize pools and that entering any competition constitutes acceptance of this provision. This clause is intended to allow NijiPop Culture Festival the flexibility to respond to unforeseen circumstances and ensure the continued viability and success of its events.
